On the 25th January, Scotland celebrates “Burns Night” which is the celebration of the Scottish poet, Robert Burns. On the 6th February, some classes made tartan pictures for their classroom. They used tartan because this is one of the most typical things of Scotland and many clothes are made out of tartan! One of my favourite pictures was 2A with their message, “our class is famous for being chaotic but charming”. | On the 25th January, Scotland celebrates “Burns Night” which is the celebration of the Scottish poet, Robert Burns.
In the last week of school before Christmas, the students made Christmas cards and decorated them in the way that they wanted! There were loads of lovely designs including snowmen, penguins and Christmas trees!
